My passion for wedding coordination began in 2015 when I helped plan and coordinate my niece and nephew’s wedding. Experiencing firsthand the joy of bringing a couple’s vision to life lit a fire in me and I fell in love with creating thoughtful, memorable weddings filled with meaningful details. Having the experience of planning my own wedding years prior, I realized just how much the small touches like carefully designed décor, personalized programs and thoughtful favors can make a day unforgettable. I also recognized how valuable it is to have guidance and support to bring those details to life. With much insight, I created Rita Coordinates to help couples enjoy the wedding day of their dreams. My goal is to provide clear, organized, and heartfelt coordination so every detail is thoughtfully handled, all while respecting your vision.
